Shipping policy

All customers are responsible to include the correct shipping address. If you change your shipping address or make a mistake after the order was shipped, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

 If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect item from us or you are not satisfied with your order we will refund your order in full. You are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item. All items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories within 14 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you. 

The blades boxes of 4x5 and 8x5 cartridges if the box is open we do not accept returns.

All orders are shipped in 24-48 hours, from the moment the order was received.

Once your order was shipped:

-US customers will receive their orders within 2-4 business days.

-Worldwide (outside US customers) will receive their orders within 8-14 business days.
